Cool App, but I cant figure out how to save my settings. so I have to spend 5 minutes each time I load the program resetting my preferences. Very annoying. Also, I cant seem to get the future weather feature to work. If they fix these issues, Id give it 5 stars.

Wow, Ive been wanting to implement a complex HUD into my car for a while now (all day, lol), and this app is certainly an impressive little treat. It works excellently at night. Its too bad the reflection is doubled because of the dual layers of my windshield, a problem thats common to most I believe. Im sure there are DIY fixes. Few complaints about the app, very fun, very accurate readings on speed. Compass seems to be off and cant figure out why

Dont let the screenshots fool you. This app has a horrible user interface, and even something as simple as changing the orientation automatically doesnt work as expected.

Wow, its free now, I remember it was paid some time ago!!! Nice app, anyway, but there was also a version with speedcams for 99c, what I very pleased (called aSmartHUD +Speedcams) . Have it already, so downloaded this one for collection :)

Nicely designed, well packaged, solid, accurate and simple to use. Thats all what I can say! PS: just one point , would be nice to have a preference for switching off the dashboard on photos

This is nice functional app. Really like it! By the way, reviewers - compass works! Just read the manual on developer site!!! Go to Preferences, then Display, then switch ON "Use magnetometer" - and thats it!

Pretty nice now that they fixed the compass in this update.

I got this on my iPhone first and I liked it. As a HUD in mirrored mode I actually like the app a lot better on the iPad when I double the size of the display. The speed is very accurate. The display flashes to warn me when Im speeding. The display tells me exactly how far I am from home. This app is most useful to the driver from dusk through dawn, but a number of passengers have had fun checking it out for a few minutes on trips.

This item exhibits perhaps the cleanest, most comprehensive and easiest to read graphics of all of the many navigations applications Ive downloaded. One is provided with several forms of customization allowing you to easily make use of this item. While its odometer is off to the minus-side its remains worthy of five-stars.

I have used HUD for over a year now. It is really useful to be able to see a digital display in your windshield at night. And a positive display in the day time. It shows speed compass heading and other info that is useful. The speed flashes red when you exceed your current speed a bit, even when driving a safe speed. If they could connect to the speed limit database for roads like they have on GPS devices it would be very useful; otherwise Id suggest it be eliminated. I like knowing my true speed and altitude. It also shows distance from home if you turned it on at home. Thats nice. Overall I think this is a unique and useful app. Keep up the good work. Jim from Woodbridge, VA.

I dont use it as a HUD myself but docked in my dashboard and the information is precise, the customization allows for me to get the info I need the way I want it. Ive tried many other HUD apps and no one comes close to this.
